If you are a beginner or have never participated in a throwdown, this is the perfect opportunity to take your first steps into the competitive arena. INTERMEDIATE
MM / FF / MF

Tailored for dedicated athletes who train regularly and are building their competitive experience. You're familiar with the thrill of throwdowns, but consistently hitting RX in every workout is still a goal you're working towards. You're comfortable with the fundamentals and pushing your limits.

We expect you to be consistent in performing low-volume basic gymnastic movements such as pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and double-unders. While you have a good grasp of the Olympic weightlifting movements, very heavy barbells are not yet your forte.

RX
MM / FF / MF

Designed for experienced athletes who consistently complete workouts as RX, and who have participated in previous competitions. However, it's important to note that we are not seeking elite-level athletes. This category is for those who are highly competent and enjoy a challenge, but are not necessarily aiming for the top of the sport.

You should expect to encounter advanced gymnastics movements performed at higher volumes, including ring and bar muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, rope climbs, pistol squats, and similar skills. Additionally, you should handle a heavy barbell with confidence and demonstrate proficiency in Olympic weightlifting movements.
